Try out the white-label widget

You know what really grinds my gears? When a company releases a usable, customizable web widget then RUINS it with a little text string that says ‘Powered by TwelveStudios’ and has the gall to add a hyperlink to their product page.

I’m sorry, I thought this was my customizable web widget. I didn’t expect that every time I put this thing on a customer facing page they’re going to have a clickpath outside of my site. When they’re staring at the silly little streaming icon (because we can’t set streaming as a global variable, we’re forcibly defaulted to full-response delivery unless we opt for TwelveStudios’ preferred LLM providers) they’ll click on that hyperlink and head over to another company’s lead funnel and completely forget why they were talking to the chat agent on my site in the first place. The gall of this product team. It makes me so mad that I went through the trouble of coding an entire React native library and managing a deployment on Vercel just so I can embed a web widget that does the exact same thing but without the little compulsory promotional string.

Suck it TwelveStudios. I’m releasing this as a product to the agencies tied to your shit widget even on Creator plans.
